Wild Oak Boutique is an online store that’s passionate about making their customers look and feel their best. Started as a side gig by Karly Johnston in 2017 operating from her parents’ basement, Wild Oak Boutique quickly grew to become a customer favorite and now operates out of two warehouses in the United States.
Wild Oak Boutique’s search for a wishlist that met their growing needs ended with Wishlist Plus.
With Wishlist Plus, Wild Oak Boutique was able to create a fully customized wishlist experience. Their wishlist page now looks brand-native and the wishlist-linked emails they send to their customers also reflect their brand voice and feel.
Wishlist Plus’ native integrations with Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Tapcart meant two things for Wild Oak Boutique. They were able to unify all their customer communications on Klaviyo and Yotpo, so they could use their marketing tools more effectively. In fact, their wishlist and save for later linked SMSes now get them an ROI of 170X on average.
The integration with Tapcart also meant that they were able to leverage this intent data via push notifications and their customers now had a uniform wishlist experience on the mobile app and storefront.
While Wild Oak Boutique was able to meet its feature requirements with Wishlist Plus, they got more than they bargained for with additional functionalities such as Save for Later and Nudges, which allowed them to get the most out of their website traffic, with the Save for Later wishlist emails giving them a higher Revenue Per Recipient (RPR) than even their abandoned browsing flows.
Even with all the customizations and robust features, Wishlist Plus supported their need for faster loading speeds. Customers could now browse without lags, and quickly build their wishlists with ease.
Wild Oak Boutique went live with Wishlist Plus in 2022 and has since continued to reap the benefits of the full-featured wishlist. Through Wishlist Plus, they see:
